How to use ginger to reduce motion sickness
Start taking your ginger capsules a couple of hours before the trip. Ideally 24 to 48 hours beforehand. Continue using the capsules 2 twice a day as suggested or divide the 4 daily caps over the course of the day as needed. After a long boat ride or cruise the discomfort of ‘land sickness’ can be avoided by continuing the use of ginger for a couple of days after disembarking until you’ve found your land legs again.
