The past week in the Western Cape has been meltingly hot. So while looking for a novel way to boost our diet with green tea, this week’s star herb, we were pleased to unearth this recipe for a spritzer containing both green tea and anti-oxidant-filled cranberries. You can add wine for a festivity or plain sparkling water for a cooling drink. We loved it (with water of course!), and it looked so inviting in the chilled glass!
